ON DISPLAY!

In Ephesians 3, Paul pulls back the curtain on a breathtaking reality: the church (believe it or not) is the way God puts His wisdom on display!

“[God’s] intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms…” Ephesians 3:10 NIV 

Like a masterpiece in a gallery, the church is God’s living exhibition. Through ordinary people redeemed by extraordinary grace, He showcases His rich, layered, multi-colored, and infinitely textured wisdom.

Because we’re part of the church, that means this is our chance to shine!

This marvelous wisdom turns enemies into friends. It joins Jew and Gentile, male and female, broken and redeemed as one body in Christ. It changes sinners into saints and strangers into family. No earthly strategy could have devised this plan. No human genius could have imagined such mercy.

And our audience is astonishing: “rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms.” The church is not merely visible to the world; an unseen realm is seeing it all. When we forgive one another, bear burdens, worship faithfully, and love across dividing lines, heaven itself witnesses the wisdom of God on display.

So our life together matters. Our unity matters. Our holiness matters. We’re part of the display— participants in a cosmic demonstration of the unfathomable grace of our God.

Today, I’m encouraging you to ask yourself this question: How does my life contribute to this display?

Where I extend grace, pursue peace, and walk in love, patience, and purity, I become part of the gallery—another brushstroke in the manifold wisdom of God.

Today is our chance to shine for Him.
