Meet your guest speaker: Pastor Mike Santiago
Mike Santiago is the founding pastor of Focus Church in Raleigh, NC, which he and his wife, Ashton, planted at age 24 as a Bible study in their living room—with three kids in diapers and a job at Panera Bread. Today, Focus Church spans three campuses and reaches over 1,400 people each weekend.
A third-generation Assemblies of God minister and passionate church builder, Mike also leads Break200—a fast-growing coaching community and conference that equips pastors to grow their churches to a sustainable size. His practical, proven approach helps leaders break growth barriers by focusing on team development, service excellence, and vision clarity.
In 2023, Mike was elected to the Assemblies of God Executive Presbytery as the representative for ordained ministers under 40. With a heart for the local church and a calling to raise up leaders, Mike is committed to helping pastors thrive and churches grow.
