Wheat State Retreat Center Summer Staff Cohort

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the WSRC summer staff cohort team.  

As a WSRC staff cohort team member, you will serve under the leadership of the Wheat State Retreat Center Director, Travis Dumond, working in partnership with NextGen and Church Health Director, Jerod Yancey. As a member of the summer staff cohort, you will work within the staff infrastructure of WSRC with the opportunity to volunteer and experience the NextGen Ministries and the camp experience.

Another great benefit to joining the summer staff cohort is an intentional leadership-driven discipleship process with a strategic partnership with Evangel University. WSRC summer staff cohort will receive daily leadership input from a staff pastor.
