KYM Staff
The Peoples
Hannah and Josh serve as the Ministries Directors for the AGK. Hannah is the District Youth Director and oversees all Next Gen Ministries. Josh is the Adult Ministries director and oversees all creative communication for KYM. Having spent most of their lives in Kansas, their hearts are to equip and encourage Kansas kids, students, and adults to become all God wants them to be.
Before coming to the network office they served for 15 years at Mission Hill Church in Topeka where they held volunteer, staff, and lead pastor roles. Hannah and Josh both earned undergraduate degrees from Southeastern University in 2013 and Hannah completed her Master’s from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 2019.
They are avid soccer (Sporting KC) and football fans (Broncos/Chiefs) who enjoy spending their free time watching movies, hiking in Colorado, and hanging out with their mischievous dog, Zusi.
Caelan Snavely
Caelan serves as the Executive Assistant to the Ministries Department, specializing in all things KYM and Kid Min! Through being a PK her whole life, she has grown up with a passion for ministry. Because her dad’s experience included being her church’s Kids Pastor and serving for several years as the AGK Kid Min Coordinator, she was well-trained in all things Kid Min and Camp.
As she grew up participating in ministry with her family, she gradually felt a call to ministry on her life as well. Simply walking through doors when God opened them has resulted in not only working at the AGK Network Office, but also as the Kids Ministries Director at Hope Church in Wichita. She is so thankful for the amount of ministry experience she has grown up with, which makes her jobs feel incredibly natural.
In her free time she can be found reading outdoors, cooking, playing chess, and watching movies.

The KYM team is composed of pastors from around the state who have a passion for discipling the Next Generation! This team exists to help encourage, resource, and equip local youth pastors (and you’ll usually see them in action at our KYM events!)
