AGK Privacy Policy

AGK wants to respect your privacy, and we have adopted this Privacy Policy to acknowledge the right of people to keep their personal information private.

1. The Information We Collect
AGK collects and maintains the following types of personal information when you register for events and classes, when you participate in activities, or when you complete various forms:
 
Contact information such as address, phone numbers, and email addresses
Relevant data such as marital status, birth dates, school attending, and so on
Contributions made to AGK
Records related to participation, such as event attendance, volunteer positions, and class and special program participation

Please note that we do not collect or maintain information related to social security numbers or any non-related financial information.
Where practical, the purpose for which we collect personal information will be made clear at the time of collection. If you choose not to provide us with certain information, we may be unable to provide you with access to some of our services or the assistance you have requested.
Users can visit AGK’s web site without revealing who they are or other personal information, unless they complete an online registration form or survey.  AGK will not collect any personal information about visitors to the website, except when they knowingly provide it.
How to Remove Your Name From Our E-Newsletter /Mailing List

AGK gives members the following options for removing their address and email from our database so you will not receive future communications:
Send an email message to our Database Coordinator, Linda Cauthon (linda@agkansas.com).
Click on the unsubscribe link on any subscription mail you receive, and follow the directions located on the bottom of each email.

Please note that no information will be provided for use by individuals or businesses—even those with connections to AGK through membership or vendor relationship—for solicitation purposes.

We will provide you with your personal information unless we are legally authorized to refuse your request.
If you wish to change or disallow access by AGK ministry leaders or fellow teammates to your personal information, please contact us. After notice from you, we will take reasonable steps to correct any of your information that is out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate, or we will delete information wherever practical.

AGK will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure, accurate, and up-to-date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
AGK may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by having the amended version available on our web site.  If you are interested, we suggest that you visit our web site regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
