The Network Development Coaching Cadre is dedicated to serving our pastors and churches by helping them reach their missional destiny.  We all have somewhere we want to go.  Maybe we want to improve our leadership skills.  Maybe we want to start a new ministry within the church or take it to the next level.  Maybe we want to improve a particular skill set.  Maybe we feel called to plant a church or work to revitalize a current church experience.  We want to help you get there!  Following is a list of our AGK Certified Coaches.

Karen Yancey

Karen Yancey has a proven track record of commitment to the people she coaches and to their agenda and dreams. She believes in and practices empowerment with a strong focus on results.  Karen recognizes the activity of God in the life circumstances of leaders and enjoys drilling deep with them for discovery and healthy next steps.  She enjoys coaching men and women, and maintains the highest level of ethics and confidentiality.

Karen brings certain strengths to the proverbial coaches table.  Her skill sets include: administration, organization, goals and strategy implementation and managing transition.  Her theme strengths are Achiever, Belief, Focus, Responsibility and Restorative.

Karen's qualifications include: twenty nine years of active, healthy pastoral and district ministry, alumnus of Valwood Training Institute, Certified to administer Golden Personality Type profile, Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach, Certified Church-Life Coach and involved with MA coaching studies at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.  Upon completion of those studies she will have an earned Masters in Christian Ministries and a PCC (Professional level) certification with the International Coaching Federation!

Karen leads the Network Development Department at the Assemblies of God District office in Kansas.  In this capacity, one of her four major initiatives centers on providing insight for training and developing a cadre of district coaches.

Kevin Weaver

Kevin serves as the AGK Network Development Coaching Consultant. Kevin and his wife, KyAnne, have served in ministry for more than 25 years and are currently Lead Pastors at Center Bethel Church in Parsons, KS.  Kevin has served in various pastoral ministry positions to include four church plants and two major church revitalization projects in the Northwest District.  Kevin also serves as President of Synergy Church Network, a church planting network in which he coaches church planters and pastoral teams in Missouri, Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, Texas and Kansas.  He holds a BS in Church Ministries, Theology and World Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.  Kevin is also a Certified Coach Mentor and holds a Specialized Coaching certificate in "Effective Leadership" training from CoachNet Global.

Bo Melin

Bo serves as a teaching pastor.  In his ministry over the past three decades he has served as Senior Pastor, planting seven churches in Alaska, Washington and Kansas.  He and his wife, Karen, have taken their ministry around the world, working in 50 different nations.  Currently, Bo is hosting leadership training in Haiti, coaches pastors and their teams and serves as a Coach Mentor to coaches in training in the AGK.

Dottie Dozier

Dottie currently serves as the Women's Ministries Coordinator for the Kansas District of the Assemblies of God.  She and her husband, Dwight, pastor a thriving church in Great Bend, KS.  Dottie emits certain leadership qualities, and, as such, uses her gifts in the positions of discipleship pastor, mentor and teacher.  She is well qualified in her endeavors; she is an ordained minister, certified counselor and licensed schoolteacher.  Dottie also serves as a Coach Mentor to coaches in training in the AGK.

Michael Bunce

Michael is married to Sarah and he has served as the Associate Pastor at New Hope Assembly of God in Leavenworth for the last seven years.  He has served in several ministerial positions, including youth pastor, staff counselor and worship pastor.  Michael holds credentials with the Assemblies of God as a certified minister and has earned a BS in Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.  Michael is well trained in counseling.  He has an MA or Arts in counseling from Mid-America Nazarene University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Kansas.  Michael serves as a Coach Mentor to coaches in training the the AGK.

Sarah Lehman

Sarah is a pastor's wife who serves with her husband, Mark, at Family Life Assembly of God (FLAG) in Pittsburg.  She is also a registered nurse.  She uses her God-given abilities to transform lives-both physically and spiritually.  sarah enjoys mentoring women around her and experiencing, together, growth in the Word.  As a Women's Ministries Facilitator at FLAG, she challenges those in her group to become the women God has called them to be.  Sarah also serves as a Coach Mentor to coaches in training in the AGK.

Mark Lehman

Mark and his wife, Sarah, are lead pastors at Family Life Assembly of God (FLAG) in Pittsburg.  Over the last decade in his service at FLAG, Mark has led many people into a deeper relationship with Christ.  He uses his BA in Bible and Missions from Central Bible College to reach the city of Pittsburg.  Under his leadership, FLAG is transforming its city and is leading other to Christ.

Phil Kreiling

Phil and his wife, Shary, have served in ministry together for over 25 years.  Phil is currently working as the President and Founder of Pastors 411 Foundation.  This position allows him to encourage, aid and mentor pastors from all denominations in the Kansas City area.  Previously, he served for most of his ministry at Overland Park Assembly of God as Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor and then as Senior Pastor.  Phil has attended several church planting trainings, and holds a BA in Bible from Central Bible College.  He also earned graduate hours from Nazarene Theological Seminary.  Phil serves as a Coach Mentor to coaches in training in the AGK.

Steve Bell

Steve serves with his best friend and wife, Mary, as the pastor of Life Point AG in Fort Scott, KS.  Steve holds a BA in Bible from Central Bible College.  He has used that training to assist him in several ministry positions, including serving in the Presbytery, serving as a Youth Representative and holding the Deputy Royal Ranger title in Nebraska.  Steve loves people and infuses that love for others into his ministry.

Dr. Cory Shipley

Cory, with his wife, Jeanette, currently pastors Victory Faith Chapel in Concordia.  He also serves as the Administrative Dean of Assemblies of God Kansas School of Ministry (AGKSOM) and is an adjunct professor at Trinity Bible College.  Additionally, he serves the Kansas District as the Presbyter of Section 2.  He is a published writer and has served in ministry for more than twenty years.  Cory holds several certificates, as well as a Master's of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Church Leadership from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa. 

Darold Bunce

Darold serves as the lead pastor with his wife, RichaLee, at CrossWind in Leavenworth.  He was ordained with the Assemblies of God in 1992 and has served as a youth pastor and lead pastor throughout his ministry.  He and his wife have been married 29 years and have two children.  Darold also serves as a Coach Mentor to coaches in training in the AGK.

Stacia Kolbeck

Stacia has served in several positions of ministry, including service as Women's Ministries Leader, World Missions Coordinator for the Kansas District, and as a board member for Women's Ministries for the District of Kansas.  Stacia brings a unique aspect to the ministry because of her extensive experience in the business world.  She worked in marketing for Nestle USA and as a marketing associate for CIG Insurance.  Stacia holds a BS in Business from Kansas State University and a Master's of Arts in Christian Ministries for Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Stacia has a passion to disciple women and help them clarify their purpose in life.  Her heart has always been bent toward ministering to women, both stateside and abroad.

Jonathan Wright

Jonathan is an Evangelist and Conference Speaker.  He has previously served as Lead Pastor in both Spain and in Kansas, Executive Pastor in Wichita and Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of the Kansas Assemblies of God.  Jonathan instructed at Assemblies of God Kansas School of Ministry and served as pulpit supply for John Lindell of James River Assembly.  He is currently co-authoring "The Little Black Book about the BIG Talk - Helping Dads Talk WITH Their Sons about Sex."  Jonathan received his BA Degree from Central Bible College and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.  Jonathan serves as a Coach Mentor to coaches in training in the AGK.

Curtis Wright

Curtis serves with his wife, Sue, as pastor at Wellsville Family Worship Center in Wellsville, KS.  He is deeply involved in the community and is the Director of Wellsville Joint Recreation Commission as well as a substitute teacher in Wellsville Middle and High Schools.  He uses these opportunities to be active in the community and build relationships with those he meets.  Curtis holds a BS in Christian Education from Southwestern Assemblies of God and an MA in Theological and Historical Studies from Oral Roberts University.
