Why should I be trained to coach others?
To capitalize on the vast potential of coaching and sustain that effectiveness, raising and multiplying coaches will remain a priority for the Network Development Team. Our ultimate goal can be summarized in this: "Every leader needs a coach... and every leader needs to be coaching."
